Penthouse, furnished with made to measure furniture and facing the New Marina of Imperia Porto Maurizio (midway from Sanremo and Alassio), with a 50sq.m. terrace waterfront. It is composed at the third floor of entrance, one double room with original Ligurian floors, large bathroom with shower. Internal slate staircase with walls library tailored in solid black lacquered wood and glass to the mansard with parquet that consists of dining and a well equipped kitchen, room, bathroom mosaic with small Jacuzzi. From a large window leads to the seafront terrace. It is ideal for families and up to 6 people: there is a double room and two double sofa beds in the mansard. Prices include a weekly change of linen and towels, gas-electricity-water, garage (ask for availabvility). Welcome basket.
